Reservations/Booking
There will be a non-refundable reservation fee for every service:
Chemical/Coloring Services: $50.00
Brazilian Blowout: ½ down
Haircuts: ½ down
When booking over the phone, a credit card will be needed to reserve and hold your day and time. After you arrive at the salon and your service has been completed, this amount will be credited towards the price of your service. (Note: There is a $3.50 payment processing fee for every transaction which is not credited towards the service.)

Rescheduling an Appointment
If you cannot reschedule your appointment within 7 days of your original appointment, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee charged.
Cancellations
My schedule is dedicated to my clients and their needs, but when I have a no-show or last minute cancellation, I cannot fill that appointment with another person. AS A COURTESY, PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, AND I’D BE HAPPY TO REBOOK IT FOR YOU.IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL. IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT OR FAIL TO GIVE ME 24 HOURS NOTICE THIS IS CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND YOU WiLL BE CHARGED FOR 100% OF THE TIME AND SERVICES WE HAD SAVED FOR YOU. As a result, I require at least 48 hours notification by phone to cancel any appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you will lose your reservation deposit fee. Thank-You for understanding how valuable everyone’s time is.
Late Fee
Please don’t be late for your appointment. Our time is not meant to feel rushed, and I want to provide the most relaxed environment and pleasant experience I possibly can. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a $25 late fee. If you are over 15 minutes late you are considered a NO-SHOW. So please plan ahead. If you happen to arrive earlier than your scheduled time and I’m not with a client, we most likely will start earlier. However if I am with a client, please wait in our waiting area and have a beverage until Im ready for you. Thank you in advance for understanding, and for your consideration.
Events Happen
Accidents, illnesses, and the weather all happen, and although I understand this, the cancellation and reschedule policies will still apply. With that said, I will reserve the right to make the final call on a cancellation.
